We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods on the vrigoo.com.

When shopping on our website, payments will be processed in US dollars (USD). If your credit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates.

 

HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

At the moment, we support the following Payment options:

  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB
  • Coupon Code

The most popular payment method for online shopping. We are fully PayPal verified so you can always shop with peace of mind.

When you place an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can then as a guest to pay via PayPal with your credit card or bank debit card.

Collections are usually booked in a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

Advantages of using Paypal:

1. Paypal acts as an intermediary, your personal details will safely protected by Paypal.
2. With Paypal, you can transfer directly from your bank account.
3. Your payment status can be traced via your PayPal account.

  1. Paying with Credit/Debit Card

The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Your credit card data is SSL encrypted and therefore transferred via a secured connection.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal. Please note that VRIGOO does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

  1. Paying with "Coupon Code"

You can apply coupons code to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon discount.

NOTES:

  • Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
  • Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.
  • Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.


If you are concerned about whether buying in our online shop is secure, please be assured that we use systems and software to protect your purchase.

For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

 

HOW CAN I REDEEM A DISCOUNT COUPON OR GIFT VOUCHER?

Received a VRIGOO Gift Card from a friend or loved one? Lucky you! Here's how you can redeem a Gift Card or Discount Code in the VRIGOO Webstore:

Fill your cart with the items you love and proceed to the first step of the checkout process. Underneath your cart product overview, use the field "Gift Card or Coupon Code" to fill in the code and click "Apply". When entering the code, it is recommended to copy and paste the code from the digital version of your Gift Card. This way, you can't make any mistakes with capital letters or numbers. After adding the code and clicking 'Apply', you will see that the Gift Card has been added underneath the Subtotal and Shipping amount. The amount to be paid is automatically and immediately reduced with the Gift card or discount amount.

 

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

We take security very seriously, so your personal details will be protected. We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket layer (SSL) and other reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized use or disclosure. All the confidential data like payment information is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption.

Should any unauthorized charges show up on your credit card as a result of shopping with Vrigoo.com, you must alert your credit card provider immediately and in accordance with your credit card's reporting rules and procedures.

Please note that we'll never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Vrigoo and asking you to do so, do NOT respond and please contact us immediately.
 

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY EXTRA FEES?

No, you will only pay for your order and shipping costs after checkout. However, depending on the country you live in, please be aware that extra Import Taxes can be charged upon arrival of your order (more info).

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY PAYMENT?

Depending on your browser and internet connection, there might be some difficulties you encounter while placing your order.

Don’t worry, if we do not receive a payment, your order will be cancelled so you can always try again.

 

If you checked with your bank and the problem isn’t solved, then contact us at [email protected] and provide us with the following information:

  • A clear description of the situation describing what page you are on and what action you were taking (what payment method, which step, ...)
  • The operating system you are using (e.g. Windows Vista, Mac OS Lion)
  • The URL you are currently on (e.g. https://www.vrigoo.com/)
  • A screenshot of the page or a copy/paste of the error you are presented with.


If you keep having technical problems, please contact your bank for more information. Payment problems are most likely due to insufficient funds or technical card problems.

Please always make sure before contacting us, that the problem is not caused by insufficient funds or technical problems with your bank, your browser or internet connection. So try to close your browser and repeat the process before contacting us.
