Shipping Policy

When you place an order with VRIGOO, we will give priority to processing the order. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing your order before shipment (Excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping Time does not include the 1 to 5 business days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY POLICY

We offer Free Standard Shipping to most countries. To calculate the delivery costs, please add any product to your shopping cart, click on checkout and select your country. The delivery costs for your order will then be displayed automatically.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, VAT, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Special Conditions for deliveries to EU Countries and a few Countries:

For all items, the prices for physical goods offers exclude VAT. For orders shipped to delivery addresses within some Countries, respective value added tax will be charged to you upon place of your order. Depending on your delivery address, VAT may vary at Checkout. For questions about VAT on items purchased, please contact us directly.

Please note that the delivery times that are provided with your order confirmation are just used to give you a basic overview on the number of business days it takes for an order to be delivered after receiving your order confirmation, but this is definitely not accurate. Thank you for understanding that we have no influence on delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities, or other possible delays. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery time is not respected. If the shipment did not arrive on time, we cannot grant you a refund of the shipping costs on terms of non-compliances.

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

* For Expedited Delivery: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.

* Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

* Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

Please take a look at the information above to have an overview of the countries we deliver to. The complete list can be checked during checkout. If your country or region is not in the list, unfortunately we are not able to deliver to your country or region yet. We will continue to work hard on adding countries in the future.
Please note that some regions or states are excluded for delivery. If you really want to know if it is possible to deliver to your region or province, please check it during checkout.

 

SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES

Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses (Except the United States).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that includes a tracking link which allows you to track your order. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the above address.

Vrigoo will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearanceissues. These delivery times can vary depending on which country you live in, or even the region. Thank you for understanding that we have no influence on delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities.

 

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the total weight of your order and the country you live in. Please note that additional Import Taxes, Custom Fees or possible toll fees are not included in the shipping costs.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND/OR IMPORT CHARGES?

Depending on the country or region you live in, it is possible that extra Import Taxes, VAT, Custom Fees or possible toll fees can be charged upon arrival of your order.

About Tax

1. What is Value Added Tax?
Value Added Tax (“VAT”) will be charged to our customers who purchase from us based on your shipping destination. We are required by law to collect Tax in those countries. You will see the Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

2. How is Tax calculated?
VAT is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your countries). Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the Checkout stage.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, VRIGOO cannot declare purchased items as a gift.

3. Will VAT be refundable?
In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate tax will also be refunded to your wallet of VRIGOO account or to the original method of payment.

 

IS THERE A WAY TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once we have received your payment, we will pack your order and ship it as soon as possible. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery. I DIDN’T RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, WHAT’S UP WITH MY ORDER?

We always try to process all of our orders as soon as possible but unfortunately, sometimes your order may be delayed because of a high amount of orders we have to process, payment issues, risk verification, …

If you live in Brazil or Chile, we need your Tax ID number in order to ship your order. You can add this in the belonging field during checkout.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

The delivery company will leave a message in your mailbox which states that a delivery attempt was made. You can also find this information then on the tracking link. This message will contain instructions on how to contact the shipping carrier. Normally, there is a second or third delivery attempt foreseen in the next days. After 3 delivery attempts, the order will automatically be shipped back to sender.  

In some cases, your order will be delivered at a local post office or parcel shop after the first delivery attempt.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after your order has been shipped. So if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, we can often still change your delivery address.

When you just passed your order and you realise that you made a mistake, please contact us and provide us with the following information:

{ The new complete (!) delivery address }

 

We will do our utmost to pass the information to our logistics partner on time in order to change the delivery address.

Before placing an order, you can of course change your delivery address during checkout.

 

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

A good way to start is by checking your tracking link. This should have an up-to-date status of your order so you can check where your order is now.

Please keep in mind that your order may be delayed due to safety measures of the customs authorities and that we have no influence on delivery delays.

 

If you have received a shipping confirmation and you feel like your order is not delivered within the specified delivery time, please contact us and we will start an investigation with our logistics partner. This may take several days and a refund or replacement shipment can only be executed after this investigation, or after 30 days. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the above address.
