1. When will my order be processed?

  • Free & Standard Delivery with all items. It usually takes 10-25 business days to arrives in most of the countries/areas.
  • Expedited Delivery is available, the shipping fee start at $20 and plus additional weight charges, which will be automatically calculated based on the selected product. It usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive in most of the countries/areas.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and during seasonal sales.

2. Shipping confirmation

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you immediately as your order is shipped, you can use it to track your shipment. You can also enter your tracking number in the box above to get the latest status on your shipment.

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 5 working days for the tracking information to update. Please contact us if your tracking number is not up after 7 to 10 days.

3. Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery, please understanding!
