Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact us first. We will help you cancel the order and process to refund you, and the refund takes 5-8 business days back to your account.

We promise to process your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of working day. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.


Warranty and Returns (If applicable)

At VRIGOO, our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately read the product description before buying.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order!

30 Day Returns Warranty

Customers have the right to return product purchased from our website within 30 days receiving the item (except product accessories). If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Service Support Center.

If the product was purchased on a third party website or another purchasing method such as a retail purchaser (“Resellers”), you must abide by their individual return and exchange policies. We will not honor or accept returns originally sold by other Resellers.

How to Reach Us

Go to our Service Support Center and and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Add your order number. Name the e-mail "{Return}”, or “{Exchange}”, and attach the RMA form.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Our Solutions:
1. VRIGOO's Responsibility

  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
  • Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when VRIGOO is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

2. Customer's Responsibility

  • Incorrect order(size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority!

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional notes about Warranty

  1. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
  2. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
  3. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
  4. Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.

Compensation time-frame

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
If you have not received any reply from us within 1-2 weeks, please contact our Service Support at here for further help. We will do our very best to help you and reply to all messages within 24 hours.

Claims

Even though we make meticulous controls of our products, it is still possible that, in rare cases, they are faulty. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material fault, please contact us at here

We handle every case individually. During the warranty period, you have the right to make a complaint about manufacturing, or material faults, or faults that have been detected after normal use. If the fault is caused by ungentle usage, you don’t have the right to make a claim.

How to Make a Claim

  • Send us an e-mail where you shortly describe the damage and how it occurred
  • Take images and/or record a short video clip showing the damage/problem
  • Send everything including your order number to here
  • Remember to attach the images in a format of ZIP or JPEG. Please name the e-mail “{Claim}”


Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again;
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]


Sale Items (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at [email protected] and Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you by email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
